Bertha Jewell Venable Clifton

Bertha Jewell (Venable) Clifton, 88, of Mount Airy, North Carolina, passed away on April 11, 2026. Born on May 27, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Dosier Venable and Bertha Bullin Venable. Bertha is survived by her three loving children, Dale, Michelle, and Rick, as well as several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was a member of New Home Church of Christ in Dobson, North Carolina. A private graveside service will be held at the church cemetery. There will be no formal visitation. Moody Funeral Home is serving the Clifton family.
