Billie Webb, 75, passed away at his residence on January 25, 2024. He was born in North Carolina on October 20, 1948. He is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Hilda Weddle Webb.
Billie was of the Baptist faith, and worked for many years for the State of Virginia as a State Trooper. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother and two sisters.
