Billy Joe Williams, 43 of Staffordsville, VA., went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 28, 2025. Billly was born on July 21, 1981, in Guilford Co., NC and was a son of Donald Ray Williams and Nancy Lynn Wilson. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dale Owen Stump, Jr.Billy loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and working on the family farm in Staffordsville. He was very passionate about his drawing, spending many hours creating his masterpieces. He loved life, and enjoyed making other people laugh. He was an organ donor and would be proud to know that he was giving other people a chance to live longer.Besides his parents, he is survived by his daddy, Dale “Butch” Owen Stump, Sr. of Staffordsville, 3 brothers, Harold Edward Wilson of Pearisburg, Donald Ray Williams, Jr. of Pearisburg, Joshua Lee Williams (Suzanna) of Pembroke, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.As per Billy’s request, he was cremated and there will be no service.The family is being served by Givens Funeral Home in Pearisburg, (540) 921-1650; online at givensfuneralhome.com.
