Billy Lee Roberson

Billy Lee Roberson, 64, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2024. He was born September 9, 1959, in Martinsville, Virginia to the late Moyer V. Roberson and Christine Willis.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters, Linda Harris and Crystal Coleman; as well as brothers, Charles Campbell, James Roberson, and Bobby Roberson.Billy was of the Baptist faith and was a dedicated employee of Tultex as a security guard. Billy was known to be good as gold and would give the shirt off his back to help anyone. He would often take in the homeless to make sure they were being taken care of.He is survived by sisters, Rosie Tipoid, Betty Stump, Frances White, Lisa Harmon, Anita Eanes, Marilyn Hall, and Teresa Kirby; as well as nieces and nephews.All services are private.Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
