Billy Osborne

Mr. Billy Joe Osborne, age 56, of Clifton Forge, died Friday, March 7, 2025, at his residence.
He was the husband of Linda Martin Osborne.
Mr. Osborne was born August 8, 1968 in White Sulphur Springs, WV, the son of the late Robert Benjamin Osborne and Judy Rush Osborne. He was employed as a laborer and handyman working on farms and construction projects. In his spare time, Billy enjoyed watching football and NASCAR.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Osborne is survived by a son, Scott Henry Campbell and wife, Tammy of Newcastle; two grandchildren, Gavin S. Campbell and Martin Wayne Campbell; and a brother, Jonny Osborne and wife, Angie of Covington.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
