Bonnie Lou Angel

Bonnie Lou Angel, age 74 of Boones Mill died Thursday, May 25, 2023. She was born December 28, 1948 a daughter of the late Paul and Effie Bowles. She was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Larry Bowles, Pauline Cannaday, Doug Bowles, Florence Hughes, Kenneth Bowles, Willie May Lovelace, Stella Frances Johnson and Wayne Bowles. Surviving are her husband, Ronald E. Angel; children, Dale E. Angel, Christopher A. Angel, Chadwick Shane Angel (Brittany); grandchildren, Skyler Angel, Brandon Angel, Caitlyn Angel, Cody Thomas and their mother, Shannon N. Thomas, Aubrey Mays, Ricky Mays, Andrew Mays and their mother, Larissa R. Angel, Heavenly Ann Grace Yopp and her mother, Samantha Angel; brother, Arthur (Sandy) Bowles; numerous nieces, nephews and close friends. Bonnie went to Franklin County High School and worked at MW Windows for numerous years. She enjoyed cooking, watching Shephard’s Chapel, family get-togethers, gardening and helping her husband in his woodworking shop. Bonnie also enjoyed feeding the squirrels and birds. She loved her pets, Ozzy, Izzy and Rocky. Services will be private. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
