Brian Keith Gray Obituary Brian Keith Gray passed away suddenly on Friday, October 18, 2024.He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Linda Dianne Gray.His surviving family includes his wife, Katie Gray; brothers, William Jeff Gray and Peter Johnson (Eleanor); father, James Gray; stepmother, Susan Gray; and many loved cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.Brian was a man who was larger than life, but so very humble. He was the epitome of kindness and embodiment of excellence which shined through in his art, music, and vast network of friends, fans, and people who loved, admired, and respected him.He lived his life to the fullest and gave his all to everything that he did including the way he loved us all so very much.He took the back roads, he played the B-side, he gave second chances, he was thoughtful and generous. He bought the tickets and went to the show. He adored his wife and showered her with love every day. He never met a stranger and when you talked with him you had his full attention and a gracious meaningful conversation. He was kind to everyone he met.Brian’s life was devastatingly short. He was at the pinnacle of his life with his art, music, and love…he just kept growing and improving himself. That was his style. He held himself to a high standard. He somehow shined brighter and brighter until that light was extinguished.He was grateful. He was happy. He loved us all so much.A celebration of Brian’s life will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel.
