Carolyn Rose Linkous

Carolyn Rose Linkous, age 82, of Christiansburg died, Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at her home. She was born in Barton, Ohio on November 18, 1942, to the late Geza and Irene Biggs Sickey. She was also preceded in death by her son Davey Linkous and brother Bob Sickey. She is survived by her husband, David “Dan” Linkous; daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Terry Brubeck, Carrie and Randy Moran, and Kim and Eldon Spangler; eight grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Good Samaritan Hospice and Adrian Farley. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 11:00 am in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dallas Vines officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunset Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 am, prior to the service, on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
