Carrie Ashley Welsh, 79, of Lynchburg, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
A funeral service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Whitten Timberlake Chapel. Interment will immediately follow the service at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, starting at 11:00 a.m., at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
