Cecil Franklin Keith

Cecil Franklin Keith, Jr., age 61 of Dublin passed away Sunday, January 11, 2026 at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born September 8, 1964 in Duval County, Florida, Cecil was the son of the late Cecil Franklin Keith, Sr. & Katherine Nanny East.

He was also preceded in death by his sisters Robin Griffin and Susie Mae Cook; stepbrother Daniel Lee Pross; stepsister Vera Faith Groves and brother-in-law Gary Dalton.

Cecil was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM – Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski. Interment will follow at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin.

The family will receive friends one hour before service time Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
