Chauncy Neal White

Chauncy Neal White, age 85, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Gibson House in Wentworth, NC. Neal was born in Princeton, West Virginia on February 8, 1938 to Chauncy White and Dorothy (Pennington) White Brewer.

Neal was an Air Force veteran and was honorably discharged in 1960. He retired from the Norfolk Navy Shipyard in 1995.

He is survived by his wife Catherine of 33 years. Neal was preceded in death by his brothers Ted and Jerry White and Gary Brewer. He is survived by his sister Sharon West (Bob), brother Wayne Brewer (Ressie), sister Barbara Leet (Ronnie), brother Tim Brewer, and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends jointly for Neal and wife, Cathy on Saturday, June 17, 2023, from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at Norris Funeral Services, Martinsville Chapel.
