Cheryl Leigh Greenway Obituary Cheryl Leigh (Cook) Greenway, 49, of Salem, Va., passed away on Tuesday September 24, 2024.Cheryl was born on September 12, 1975.She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra; and her brothers, Larry Jr. and Dennis.She is lovingly survived by her loving father, Larry Cook; aunt, Margaret Tilley; sister-in-law, Karen; and nephews, Bradley and Kiel. She is also survived by her childhood friends, Wendy McCauley, Heather Riddle, Dani Roupe (Kirk), and Jason Pierce.Cheryl had many loving neighbors and friends including but not limited to Jamie, Jesse, David, Debbie, Gaylin, Bill, and of course Abe Lincoln.Cheryl was quick witted and always had the best comebacks. She enjoyed feeding and occasionally dressing the squirrels in the latest squirrel headwear and loved all the cuddles she received from the neighborhood dogs. Cheryl lovingly obsessed over the Real Housewives, crime documentaries, binge watching Netflix, and stalking Nicolas Cage.Per the family’s request, no services or visitations will be held.
