Christopher Lewis Robinette

March 15, 1986 - July 12, 2025

Christopher Lewis “Chris” Robinette, 39, of Martinsville, Virginia, went to his heavenly home Saturday, July 12, 2025. He was born March 15, 1986, in Martinsville, Virginia, to the late Tammy Jean Robinette Puente.

In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his uncle, Clinton Robinette.

Christopher’s love for live was evident in everything he did – whether he was shooting hoops, testing his luck at the casino, or tackling his favorite puzzles like Sudoku and crosswords. Trivia nights were some of his happiest times, where his sharp mind and quick wit always shined. Family meant everything to Christopher. He played a special role in the lives of his nieces, Amelia, Remie, and his nephew Jaxin, helping to raise them with the same care and devotion as if they were his own children. Christoper was also the kind of friend everyone hopes to have – steadfast, dependable, and always ready to help when someone was in need. Christopher will be remembered for his generous spirit, his passion for problem-solving, and the unwavering support he offered to those he loved.

He is survived by his brother, Manuel Perez; sisters, Christina Gonzalez Perez and Gina Alvarez; maternal grandmother, Martha Rosales; aunt, Christina Nortell; uncles, Robert Robinette and Roy Robinette; nieces, Ameilia Humphrey, Remi Torres, Faith Munoz, Julianna Valadez, Kaliegh Anaya, and Fia Maxie; and nephews, Jaxin Torres, Julio Gonzalez, Valentin Montejano, Adrian Lopez Nortell, and Lincoln Anaya; special cousins, Kyleigh, Juliana, and Amelia.
