Christopher Ryan Seay

Christopher Ryan Seay, 43, passed away on July 5, 2023. He was born in Danville, VA on March 17, 1980 to Judy Scott Seay and the late John Samuel Seay.

Chris enjoyed the fellowship as a member of Union Church. He also served the community as a long time member of the Ringgold Volunteer Fire and Rescue. He had a passion for racing and pursued this through the various roles he took on within the racing community. He worked in maintenance at Green Rock Correctional Facility.

In addition to his mom, he is survived by his brother; Whit Seay (Stacye) of Hayes, VA., nephew; Ryan Seay, numerous aunts, uncles and friends, special dog; Synder.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA. At other times the family will receive friends at the mother’s residence Judy Seay.

A funeral will be held on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at 2:00PM at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA with Pastor Adam Cook officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Burial Park.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, that memorial donations be made to Ringgold Volunteer Fire & Rescue.
