Cleo Jacqueline Turner Ellan Hall, 81, of Ferrum, Virginia, passed away, Wednesday, February 7, 2024. She was born July 11, 1942, in Franklin County to the late Curtis Edward Turner and Fredah Virginia Greer Turner Glicer.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Curtis Yvonne Turner Clemens Smith, brother Charles Randolph Turner.Cleo was truly a faith-filled woman, a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.She is survived by daughter, Fredah Hall; son, David Ellan (Anna); sisters, Felix Turner Satterlee Long and Nanette Cody; grandchildren, Tabatha Hall Chitwood, Jonathan Hall, Joshua Fariss, Austin Greene (Liberty), and Roy Helm; fifteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and their families.There will be a private Celebration of Life.Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
