Conrad Griffin “Bud” Aliff

Conrad Griffin “Bud” Aliff, 62, of Montvale, entered the arms of Jesus at Lewis Gale Hospital on Sunday, February 6, 2022, with his loving wife faithfully by his side. Conrad was born on Thursday October 8, 1959, in Roanoke VA, a son of the late Conrad L. G. Aliff and Evelyn M. Gray Aliff. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; and his sister, Nancy Bolick. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years Donna Rider Aliff; a daughter, Heather I. Willoughby and husband David whom Bud claimed as his son; grandson, Hunter Willoughby of Big Island; brothers, David R. Aliff (Norma) of Montvale, Raymond Aliff (Brenda) of TN; nieces, Catherine Minnix (Jeff), Evelyn Luck, Traci Aliff, of Montvale, Angela Robertson (Jason) of Thaxton, Dawn Moore (Michael), Amanda Bliss (Jeremy) of TN; nephews, Tim Aliff (Kim) Montvale, Michael Aliff of Ohio; brother-in-law, Tommy Bolick, and sister-n-law, Nancy Aliff. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, February 11, 2022 at Montvale Presbyterian cemetery on Dewey Road in Montvale, with Pastor Jeff Worley officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., on Thursday, at the Burch Messier Funeral Home Main Street location, 317 West Main Street, Bedford VA. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in his honor to Victory Baptist Church, 4339 Salem Road, Spout Spring, VA 24593 supporting either the building fund, or Jeff Worley ministries in Conrad’s name. A special thank you to his Victory Baptist church family for their never-ending love and support. Many sincere thanks to all who have supported the family in thoughts and prayers over the course of this illness.
