Cristin Lewis

Cristin Nicole "Nicky" Lewis, age 40, of Covington, died Sunday, September 21, 2025, at LewisGale Hospital-Alleghany, Low Moor.
Ms. Lewis was born March 27, 1985 in Alleghany County, the daughter of the late Randy Anderson and Sherri Broughman Anderson. She was employed as a certified nursing assistant and worked at various nursing homes during her career.
Ms. Lewis is survived by a son, Dekker Lewis; a daughter, Lexi Lewis; and a granddaughter who is on the way, Arizona Skye.
In addition to her parents, Randy Anderson and Sherri Broughman Anderson, Ms. Lewis was preceded in death by her brother, Nathan "Tater" Chaplin.
A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial tributes take the form of donations to Loving Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
