She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Hagy and Thelma Hagy, and by her beloved daughter, Shana Beard.
Cynthia is survived by her loving daughters, Jessica Dilcher (Mike) and Charla Beard; her cherished grandchildren, Kaileb Dilcher (Amanda), Kayla Dilcher, and Hayley Dilcher; her great-grandchildren, Greyson and Kinsley; and her siblings, Teresa McLellan (Bob), Doug Hagy, Eddie Hagy, and Alvin Hagy.
No services will be held at this time per the family’s request.
