Dale Barton Spraker

Dale Barton Spraker, 65, of Salem, VA.

Our beloved husband, brother, uncle and friend went to join his parents Toney B and Shirley A Spraker on October 23, 2022.

He is survived by his wife, Ann J Spraker; sisters, Diane Nelson (Tom) and Dawn Garst (Mike); stepson, David Hartman; nephew and nieces, Jimmy, Michael, Laura, Brian, and Sarah; and great nephews and nieces, Dillon, David, Cayli, David Wilson, Taylor, Riley and Mavis. Dale had a host of close friends that were special to him.

Dale loved to fish and hunt and was a member of Old Stag Hunt Club in Bath County where he would go and spend time doing things he enjoyed or he would just sit on the front porch so he could watch all the nature. He retired from VDOT as a surveyor after 25 years.

A celebration of life will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers you can make contributions to Angel of Assisi or local SPCA.
