Danny Caldwell

Danny Lewis Caldwell, age 76, of Maldon Street, Low Moor, Virginia died on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at his residence.

Danny was born on October 25, 1948 in Alleghany County, Virginia to the late Cecil Caldwell and Delores Wolfe Caldwell. He was a self-employed contractor.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pansy Warden Caldwell; two daughters, Jeanie Caldwell and Patricia White; two brothers, Donnie Caldwell and Larry Hosey.

Danny is survived by two daughters, Theresa Lynn Porter and Natasha Sizemore Barron; a son, Lewis Porter; a sister, Betty Teaford; two brothers, Richard Caldwell (Darlene) and Junior Caldwell; grandchildren, Ricky Dudley (Brittany), Kasey Dudley (Jennifer), Danny Porter, Michael Porter, Melinda Porter, Gracie Barron, Faith Barron, Keagen Dudley, Finnley Dudley; his special companion, Lou Lou; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 2:00PM in Alleghany Memorial Park, Low Moor with Reverend Edith Snedegar officiating. There will be no formal visitation.
