Dave Edwin Brumfield

Dave Edwin Brumfield age 67 of Wirtz passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at the Carrington Place in Daleville, VA. He was born on July 22, 1956, a son of the Late Noel "Dave" Brumfield and Nancy Obenchain Brumfield. He was a very proud grandpa who loved his grandkids more than anything. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. He loved his country proudly serving in the U.S. Navy. He worked for Hubbard Heating and Air and Cooks Siding and Windows.In addition to his mother, Nancy, he is also survived by his son, Josh Brumfield (Heather); daughter, Kati B. Wright (Matt); his beloved grandchildren, Tanner Brumfield, Oliver Brumfield, Evie Brumfield, Noah Hardy, Jayden Wright, Jamie Wright, and Julian Wright; sisters, Jeanne Rigney (Marcus), and Cindy Trivette; stepmother, Ellen Brumfield. He is also survived by two nephews, Matt Rigney, and Brandon Blankenship.Celebration of life service will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home with Pastor Ricardo Rodriguez officiating. Military honors will be presented for his faithful and dedicated service to our country.
