David Alan Spencer, 68, of Vinton, passed away on January 27,2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Sr. and Ruth Spencer; sisters, Geneva, Dawn; brother, Carl.
He is survived by his siblings; Brenda Spradlin, Charlie Spencer Jr., and Virginia Paxton.
There will be no service at this time.
