David Allen Dodson

David Allen Dodson, Jr., 71, of Elliston passed away on May 17, 2024 at Raleigh Court Health and Rehabilitation.

He was born May 14, 1953 in Virginia to David Allen Dodson, Sr. and Ellen Ruth Mills Dodson, both deceased. David was a member of AA for 33 years. He was a scuba diving instructor and worked for Yokohama Tire for many years. David enjoyed his Harley and bowling.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Shelli Bramblett, Amy Dodson and fiancé Nik Carter, and Cody Dodson; grandchildren, Shaun Blevins, Jr., Keeli Bramblett, Jena Bramblett, Evan Waugaman, Simone McClendon, Bailey Martin, Carine Hartman, and Willow Martin; great grandson, Grayson Bramblett; his brother, Donald Dodson; and his dog, Abby.
