Delores Frances Sharp Shelton

Delores Frances Sharp Shelton, 74, passed away peacefully on February 23, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Delores was born in Danville, VA on February 3, 1951 to the late Valerie Rose Sharp and the late Samuel F. Sharp. She is survived by her loving husband, Mr. Carroll Wayne Shelton.

Delores was of the Christian Faith. She worked for many years at Bassett Walker previous to her retirement.

In addition to her husband, Delores is survived by a brother; Tim Sharp.

In addition to her parents, Delores was predeceased by a sister; Phyllis Smith.

A Graveside Funeral will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 2:00pm at Highland Burial Park, Danville, VA with Pastor Joey Bray officiating.
