Dezmond Rollins

With a heavy heart, we share the passing of Dezmond Xavier “Little Warrior” Lane Rollins. Dezmond was born on June 15, 2023, and gained his angel wings on June 24, 2023. Despite his short time with us, Dezmond fought bravely, embodying the meanings of his name, "man of the world" and "gracious defender".

Dezmond was preceded in death by his grandparents, Michael Mollett, Judy Mitchell, and Manuel Rollins, his cousin, Willow Janney, and his uncle, Cody Semones.

Dezmond's memory will be forever cherished by his parents, Jordan and Quincy Rollins, along with his aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to visit with the family on June 29, 2023, from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. at John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem, VA.
