Donald Lee Kirk

Donald Lee Kirk, age 90 of Glade Hill passed away Monday, May 26, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Opal Ruth Kirk; and siblings, Gail Ogden, Charles Kirk and Greg Kirk. Surviving is the love of his life, Wanda O’Brien Kirk; children, Clifton Darren Kirk, Ginger Lynn Kirk, Donna Kirk Sieberhagen (Timothy); grandchildren, Timothy William Sieberhagen II (Kaitlyn), Ethan Sieberhagen, Jonathan Patrick Kirk, Nathaniel Caleb Kirk-Popham; numerous nieces, nephews and the Kirk and Marcum families. Mr. Kirk was a United States Air Force Veteran and was a retired Airline Captain for Piedmont Airlines. He was also active member and Deacon at Franklin Heights Church where he was involved in many outreach ministries. Funeral services will be held at Franklin Heights Church, Rocky Mount Campus 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May, 29, 2025 with Pastor Timothy Sieberhagen officiating. Interment will be in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (Dublin, VA) 1:00 p.m. Friday May 30, 2025. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to be sent to Kittiwake Baptist Church, designated to Africa for Christ Tribal Mission, 420 Kittiwake Drive, West Columbia, SC 49170.
