Dorothy Sumner Edwards

Dorothy Sumner Edwards, age 83, of Yanceyville, NC, formerly Ridgeway, VA, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025.

She is the daughter of the late Roy Sumner and Nellie York Sumner.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Robin D. Heidler and Steve Heidler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Edwards.

A graveside service will be held on June 23rd, 2025, at Roselawn Burial Park starting at 1PM, with The Reverend Dr. James D. Harmon officiating.
