Drusilla "Dru" Anne Turner

Drusilla “Dru” Anne Turner, 64, of Collinsville, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Duke University Hospital.  She was born on January 24, 1958 in Bluefield, West Virginia to Sivvy Hendricks Turner and to the late Ray Turner who passed in 1995.  Dru was a Counselor in the Education field, a former body builder and loved cats.

Dru is survived in addition to her mother, a sister, Tiffany Renee Turner; uncles, Floyd Ballard Hendricks and James Louis Hendricks (Eva Ruth) and cousin, Michael Walker.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Bassett Funeral Service Chapel.  The funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 1:00 pm in the Bassett Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Jeffery Kaldahl officiating.  Burial will follow the funeral service at Henry Memorial Park.
