Earl Wayne Dalton

Mr. Earl Wayne Dalton (62) passed away Thursday October 3, 2024, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. Mr. Dalton was born June 18, 1962, in Caroll County, VA to the late McKinley and Daisy Belle Dalton. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his wife Wanda Faye Galyean; his two sisters Mabel Dalton Tate (Jr.) and Ruth Ellen Dalton; brothers Jimmy Lee Dalton and Harold Dalton; and several nieces and nephews.

Left to cherish his memories are his sister Freda Rakes; his brothers Ricky Dalton, Jerry Dalton (Ima Jean), Ronnie Dalton (Harriet), Dean Dalton (Shelby); mother-in-law, Shelby Phillips; special friends Sonya L. Marsh, Porter Wilson, and Jerry Vaughn; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be conducted Thursday October 10, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Phillips and Galyean Cemetery in Cana, VA with Reverend Ronnie Payne officiating. There will be no formal services held at the funeral home.
