Edna Mae Ratcliff Cunningham

Edna Mae Ratcliff Cunningham, 99, of Salem passed away on August 13, 2025.

A native of Virginia she was the wife of the late Louie Cunningham and daughter of Carl and Georgia Ratcliff, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Ann Marsh (Leon); step mother, Novella Ratcliff; sister, Virginia; brothers, Brian and Eugene and spouses; and in laws, Earl and Julie Cunningham. Edna Mae retired from General Electric with over 40 years of service.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Bill Cunningham (Linda); grandson, Hunter Cunningham (Donna); granddaughter, Caitlin Altizer (Jacob); three precious great-great granddaughters; two special nieces, Jennie Avison (Billy) and Cindy Stanley (Chuck); numerous grand nieces, grand nephews, and special cousins; and special neighbors, Donna and Mike; many friends, especially Geraldine Tate; and Bill Musgrove who was like a second son to her.

A private graveside will be held in Sherwood Memorial Park.
