Edward Obrene Guilliams

Edward Obrene Guilliams, 94, of LaPlata, MD, passed away on June 23, 2025, in Leonardtown, MD.

Edward was born on September 11, 1930, in Callaway, VA, to the late Hobert and Buelah Guilliams. He is also predeceased by his son, Manford Brock.

Edward is survived by his wife, Dorothy Guilliams; sons William Guilliams, Daniel Guilliams, and Scott Davis; daughter-in-laws, Carol Brock and Barbara Guilliams. He is also survived by three grandchildren.

Edward retired from the United States Air Force after serving his country proudly for 24 years. He continued working at Lowe’s in LaPlata. He loved working in his garden and doing a good job at whatever he was doing.

A visitation will be held at Rader Funeral Home in Daleville, Virginia, on Thursday, July 3, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. A graveside service will follow at Daleville Cemetery at 2:00 p.m., with full military honors provided by the United States Air Force. Pastor Brian Geiser will officiate.
