Edward "Skeet" Wyatt Hubbard

Edward “Skeet” Wyatt Hubbard, 91, of Salem passed away on October 24, 2024.

He was born in West Virginia and was the husband of 68 years to Mary W. Hubbard, who survives, and the son of C. Wyatt Hubbard and Sarah Elizabeth Jenkins Hubbard, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by two brothers. Edward was a native of the United States Navy. He was a longtime member of Bethel Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Kay Parr and husband Danny; two grandchildren, Kori and Kari Parr; and two nephews, C. Norris Hubbard and Steve Hubbard.

The family will receive friends at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 1:00 until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will follow in the chapel of Lotz Funeral Home at 2:00 pm with Pastor Hilton Jeffreys officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Bethel Baptist Church Food Pantry.
