Elisabet was an Early Learning Specialist and worked for the Centers for Early Success in Danville. Previously working for ten years at STEP, Inc. in Rocky Mount. Elisabet was a woman of strong faith. She was born and raised at Mount Hermon Church of the Brethren where she participated in the Sunday School program, Women’s Fellowship, Hee Haw Christmas program and Dinner and movie where she always wrote our skits. Her love of the Lord was always evident in her love and smile.

Elisabet loved our local community theatre and participated in numerous theatre productions either on stage or backstage. It brought much joy and happiness to her life to be able to entertain others. Some of her most cherished friends came because of the relationships built through theatre. She also had a love for all of God’s creations. She especially loved walking on the beach with her family to find seashells and loving every cat that came her way.

Elisabet was a long-time avid Disney lover and collected hundreds of beautiful and special pins. Her family remembers fondly her dedication to making their first and only trip to Walt Disney World so special. Elisabet and her PawPaw enjoyed going to races together especially checking off the Indy 500 on their bucket list. The family also loved attending live concerts together, always rocking out to ZZTOP.

Elisabet is survived by her parents, Wendell and Deloris Minter, sister, Heather Minter (Abram Brim), and grandparents, Jacky and Hettie Minter.
