Eliza Maurine Smith Manning

Eliza Maurine Smith Manning, age 92 of Glade Hill, VA passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025. She was born May 31, 1932 a daughter of the late John Smith and Amanda Maxey Smith. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Fletcher Manning; son, Milton Manning; and granddaughters, Jenny Holland and Shannon Manning.Mrs. Manning is survived by her children, Brenda Johnson (Albert), Cathy Pagans, Dennis Manning (Curly), Jesse Manning (Hilda), Sharon Holland (Jimmy) and David Manning; grandchildren, Wesley Johnson (Kim), Tracy Pagans, Tony Pagans (Sandy), Timmy Holland (Jessica), Scottie Manning (Jaime), Travis Manning (Cassidy), and Teresa Davis; 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be conducted 2 PM Friday, January 10, 2025, at Conner-Bowman Funeral Home with Pastor Becky Mann Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
