Elmer "Paul" Horsley

Elmer “Paul” Horsley, Jr., 72, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Sovah Health in Martinsville, VA. He was born April 21, 1953, to the late Elmer Paul Horsley, Sr. and Josephine Ramsey Horsley.

Paul is survived by his loving wife Jackie Shelton Horsley; son, Paul Chadwick “Chad” Horsley (Mandy) of Roanoke, VA; daughter, Kelly Renea Horsley Dillard (David) of Concord, NC; grandchildren, Brittany Renea Dillard of Concord, NC, Peyton Jackson Horsley of Roanoke, VA, and Rachel Nicole Horsley of Roanoke, VA.; sisters, Shirley Jean Ray of Bassett and Karen Alice Horsley of Bassett, VA; and special sister-in-law, Pamela S. Hale of Rocky Mt., VA.

A visitation will be held Friday, January 23, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Services Martinsville Chapel. The funeral will be held Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Martinsville Chapel. Pastor Tony Beach will be officiating the service. Entombment will follow the service at Roselawn Burial Park.
