Elmer Wade Ware, age 91, of Lynchburg, Virginia passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2025. He was the son of the late Charley Ashton Ware and Mary Margaret Williams Ware.
Those left to cherish Elmer's memory include his beloved wife Corena Jackson Ware; his daughters Tina Ware Lawson and her husband Tim, Debra Ware Sellick and her husband John; his grandchildren Chris Lawson, Tyler Lawson, Austin Sellick; and his great-grandchildren Chloe and Quinn.
A celebration of life service for Elmer will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025 at 11am at Whitten Timberlake Chapel, with interment to follow at Fort Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends the night prior, Wednesday February 6, 2025 from 6-8pm at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
