Fay Walker Cole

Fay Walker Cole, 75, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Fay was born in Danville, VA on February 2, 1950 to the late Golden Virginia Moore Walker and the late James Edward Walker.

Fay was of the Christian Faith. She worked for many years as a Realtor for Wilkins and Company previous to her retirement.

Fay is survived by a daughter; Alison Turner and husband Jerry “Pete” Turner of Danville, VA; two sisters; Kay Gregory and husband Gary of Danville, VA and Rachel Barker and husband Wayne of Pinehurst, NC; 1 grandchild; Cole Starling (Candice); three step grandchildren; Cailin Turner, Chelsey Motley (David), and Chance Turner (Samantha); and four step great grandchildren; Tucker Motley, Teagan Motley, Holden Turner, and Owen Turner.

In addition to her parents, Fay was predeceased by a sister; Ruby Grimes; and brother; Tommy Meadows.

The family will receive family and friends at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Allison Turner. A Private Graveside Service will be conducted at Highland Burial Park, Danville, VA with Pastor Austin Merricks officiating.
