Francis C. Fortner, 79, of Vinton, passed away on April 12,2024.He is survived by two sons, Doug Fortner (Ann), Daniel Fortner (Allyson); grandchildren, Jessica Saltzman (Ean), Amanda Dsouza (Rosco) and Luke Fortner (Megan).The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at Mineral Springs Baptist Church from 5:30 p.m. till 6:30 p.m. with a service to follow. Pastor Jason Gault and Pastor Bobby Harris officiating.
