Her parents are Sylvia Reed and Fred T Shoup Sr. Freda graduated from Patrick Henry in 1988 and attended Dutchess Community College, Sullivan Community College, Virginia Western Community College, and SUNY Dutchess. Freda married Randy Richardson in 2006. She has four children, Hollie Toney, Keri Toney, Riley Richardson and Ryder Richardson; one grandchild, Madelyn Ward; a brother, Fred T Shoup Jr.The memorial service will be held at the family home on May 17, 2025 at 2:00pm.Freda is survived by her children, Hollie Toney, Keri Toney, Riley Richardson, Ryder Richardson; grandchild, Madelyn Ward; brother, Fred T Shoup Jr; parents, Fred T Shoup Sr and Sylvia Reed.Predeceased: Randy Richardson (husband), Cynthia Stultz (sister), Jackson Ward (grandson)Freda Richardson was a loving, funny, resourceful, old ways woman.
