Gary Dean McNeely, 66, of Martinsville, Va. passed away Monday, February 13, 2023. He was born in Martinsville August 18, 1956 to Glenwood Lester McNeely and Irene Eanes McNeely.He is survived by his ex-wife and caregiver Vickie McNeely; daughter, Stacey Hundley (Josh); son, Brandon McNeely; grandchildren, Greyson Hundley and Hayden Harrell; twin-brother Larry McNeely; brother, Ronnie McNeely (Judy); nephews Jonathan and Keith McNeely.Gary worked at Bassett Furniture Table Plant. He was a very hard worker who loved his family and especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed Nascar Racing.A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Roselawn Burial Park and will be officiated by Chaplain Andrew Purcell. Following the interment a visitation will be held from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm at Grandbery Methodist Church located at 200 Grandbery Road, Martinsville, Va.Memorial donations may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care, 240 Commonwealth Blvd. West, Suite 602 B, Martinsville, VA. 24112 or to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
