Gerald Richard Ewing

Gerald “Jerry” Richard Ewing Jr., 54, of Virginia passed away on Sunday, August 25th, 2024.He is preceded in death by his parents, Gerald Ewing Sr. and Patricia Ewing.Jerry is survived by his sisters, Virginia Macedo, Jackie Brichetti and Michelle Ewing.Our brother Jerry (Bubby) may have left us too soon, but his memory will live on. Jerry accomplished a lot throughout his life, he touched many lives through his great spirit. He did so through his brave service with the police department. Jerry also worked as an EMT for Dumfries Rescue Department and drove for a children’s hospital. He took time out of his day to work with special needs adults. Jerry always fought for what he believed in.Our brother looked after his three sisters with love and care, and valued family time immensely. He would always make sure when someone’s birthday came up that they received a special gift or treat. He was just a good person through and through.In his free time, you could find Jerry riding his motorcycle or spending time with his friends. There was a never a dull moment with Jerry around. He loved to joke and play around; making everybody laugh in the process.Bubby is going to be missed by everybody.Our brother’s wishes were that any donations be made to the National Cancer Society on his behalf.Services will be private
