Gerald Wayne Duncan March 09, 1946 - April 10, 2026 Gerald Wayne Duncan, 80, of Floyd, went to be with the Lord on Friday April 10, 2026 with his family by his side. He worked at Montgomery Furniture Company for several years and then retired from Micrometrics after several years of service. He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. Gerald was a loving husband, father, and friend, known as the Ford Man, he would help anyone. He was preceded in death by parents: Harvey and Della Duncan; siblings: Herbert Duncan, Lucille Lester, Shirley Weddle. Survived by Loving wife of 56 years: Laura Faye Duncan; daughter: Rhonda Graham (Jabe); special sister-in-law: Nancy Setliff (John); special niece: Nicole Waite (Scott); special nephew: Herbie Duncan (Judy); several other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday April 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Gardner Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Reese officiating. Interment will follow in Vest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time on Monday. Flowers will be appreciated or donations may be made to the Floyd Co. Humane Society PO Box 862 Floyd, VA 24091.
