Gus Aranegui

Gus Aranegui, 64, of Boones Mill, Virginia, passed away on March 14, 2026.

Born on May 17, 1961, Gus lived a life marked by strength, resilience, and independence. He was a father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend whose presence will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his children, his cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family and friends.

Gus spent many years in Boones Mill, where he built his life and created lasting memories. He will be remembered for his perseverance, his strong spirit, and the way he cared for those around him in his own way.

His family finds comfort in knowing he is at peace.

Gus will be transported to Miami, Florida, where he will be laid to rest alongside his mother.
