Harvey Bernard Kislow

Harvey Bernard Kislow, age 88 of Hardy, VA died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. He was born March 8, 1937, in Brooklyn, NY. He was preceded in death by his parents, Philip Kislow and Esther Schwartz Kislow.

After serving our country in the US Army, he received his business degree at Pace University. Harvey enjoyed a successful career as a financial and accounting services executive with Sears Roebuck as well as the US Navy Exchange. His most significant accomplishments however were rooted in the family that he created and cared for. He was a faithful husband of 57 years and a loving father and grandfather. His genuine kindness and warmth were felt by everyone he encountered. He had an affinity for the beach and a passion for fishing which led him on some amazing adventures with close friends and family.

Harvey is survived by his beloved wife, Jeri Kislow; his sons, Joseph and Stephen, along with their wives Nerissa and Donna; and his brother, Stanley and his wife Nancy. His grandchildren - Alexander, Zane, Carina, Ellie, Phillip, and Stevie will have Pop-Pop in their hearts forever, along with his many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life and a mass will be scheduled and held at a later date. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount – Smith Mountain Lake.
