Hazel Walker Myers

Hazel Walker Myers, 94 of Huddleston, passed away Friday, May 26, 2023 at the home of her daughter, Lisa. She was born on Saturday, September 29, 1928 a daughter of the late Jesse Allan Walker and Viola Crouch Walker. She was also preceded in death by husband, Marshall Gilmer Myers, her sisters, Nannie Walker Overstreet, Helen Walker Moore and her brother, John Davis Walker.

She was a lifelong member of Radford Baptist Church, and enjoyed working in her flower garden, quilting, cooking and crafts. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Pollard & husband, Michael; her grandchildren, Jessica Holbrook & husband, Matt, Hannah Pollard & husband, Adam Dugger, Caleb Pollard & fiance, Thalia Rogers and her great-grandchildren, Mattie Holbrook, Walker Green, Laila Holbrook, Myers Holbrook as well as numerous nieces, nephews & other family members.

The family will receive friends beginning at 10 AM on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Radford Baptist Church and a funeral service will follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Karl Hofheinz and Rev. Danny Holdren officiating. Interment will follow in Myers-Walker Family Cemetery.
