Helen C. Joyce

Helen C. Joyce, age 97, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024.

Helen is survived by her daughters, Jo Ann Durham and Patsy Brown; her grandchildren, Holly Lee Joyce, John Barry Koger, and William Corbin Brown; and her great grandson, Brandon Koger.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Dillard Joyce, Jr.; daughter, Robin Joyce; parents, Spencer Ludden Carr and Lucy Bowles Carr; and sister, Evelyn C. Spruill.

A visitation for Helen will be held Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at McKee-Stone Funeral Home, 109 Broad Street, Martinsville, Va. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm and will be officiated by Pastor Michael Harrison. Interment will immediately follow at Roselawn Burial Park.
