HIlda Owen Clark

Hilda Owen Clark, 96, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Clark and her daughter, Dana L. Fogle.
Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Chip Blankenship and Sandra Lewis; son-in-law, Raymond Fogle; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 5 to 8 pm at Lotz Funeral Home, 305 E. Washington Avenue, Vinton. A celebration of Hilda’s life will be held 10 am, Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Lotz Funeral Home-Vinton with Chip Blankenship and Pastor Mike Lauridsen officiating.
