Holly Setliff Bowes

Holly Setliff Bowes, 46, of Collinsville, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2025. She was born December 29, 1978, in Martinsville, Virginia to Earvin John Setliff and Phyllis Lawson Matthews.

She is preceded in death by grandparents, Verna and Frank Lawson and Elsie and Posie Setliff.

Holly attended Magna Vista High School and her career path was dedicated to customer service. She was a devoted friend with a generous heart, always ready to uplift those around her. Beneath her bold spirit was a heart that ran deep. She loved fiercely and possessed remarkable compassion and loyalty to others. Her happiest times were spent surrounded by those she loved, valuing time spent with her mother, daughters, grandchildren, her furry companion, and most recently, Michael Thomas.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughters, Ashley Nicole Bowes (Tyler Drake), Summer Marie Martin (Dylan Martin), Autumn Leigh Webb; additional daughter of the heart, Tina Kellenbenz (Keith); grandchildren, Joshua Ethen Drake, Lydia Faith Martin, Dylan Nathaniel-Wayne Martin; sisters, Teresa Setliff Bateman, Karen Setliff Voorhees (RJ); and her furry companion, Harley.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 6:00 PM, at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor J.T. Clark officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
