Iris F. Perry

Iris F. Perry, 95, of Bassett, Virginia, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 27, 2025. She was born on February 15, 1930, to the late Albert M. Fulcher and Lelia Plaster Fulcher. In addition to her parents, Iris was preceded in death by her husband, James Perry; sisters Irene Hudson, Lillian Merchant, Marie Moran, Edith Shively, and Sue Thompson; and brother James Fulcher.

Iris attended Blackberry Baptist Church. Throughout her life, she enjoyed cooking, knitting, gardening, and spending cherished time with her family especially during the holidays, which she loved dearly.

Left to treasure her memory are her two sons, Ryan W. Perry (Susan) and Lane A. Perry (Sharon); and her five beloved grandchildren: Amanda Heslop, Rachel Perry, Emma Perry, Seth Perry, and Cydney Perry.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Blackberry Baptist Church Cemetery.
