Iris Frost Sink

Iris Frost Sink, age 88 of Wirtz passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026. She was born November 7, 1937 a daughter of the late Theodore Jack Frost and Buena Frost Scott. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Alfred N. Sink; brother, Arnold Lee Frost; and grandchildren, Melissa Sink and Alfred N. Sink III. Surviving are her children, Alfred N. Sink Jr., Thomas E. Sink (Shirley), Rose Sink Haywood (Tim), and Jerry W. Sink (Barbara); grandchildren, Robin Haywood, Ashley Haywood, Krystin Sink, Parris Thomas, Carrie Kerns, Nicole Defibaugh, Iris Sink and Steven Handy; numerous great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Iris was a member of Faith Life Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2026 with Mr. Roger McKinney officiating. Interment will follow in Old Liberty Cemetery. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
